Poorly designed Internet equipment and TV's are prone to malfunction in the presence of RF, as this Scunthorpe Telegraph story illustrates.
These days RF is everywhere and you would have expected manufacturers of home electronics products to spend a few extra pence/cents to ensure their equipment is fit for purpose. Unfortunately some do not with the result that unsuspecting consumers can end up with equipment that continually malfunctions.
In this Scunthorpe Telegraph story the neighbours attempt to blame a Radio Amateur, Ken Coxon G0HDV, instead of the manufacters of the malfunctioning Internet and TV equipment.
