That's fine, just go ahead and post them. The restriction is there for members who are trading things for personal gain. All you have to do is set up a post in the 'marketplace' category.
You should be allowed already to post in all areas. I haven't finished permissions or user groups. Its rather advanced and there's all kinds of different grades.
